This notice is provided to those who interact with Rigoni di Asiago through its Website www.rigonidiasiago.com and does not apply to other websites visited after clicking on multimedia links found on the pages of our Website.

This notice is provided in accordance with Art. 13 of Reg. (EU) 2016/679 (European General Data Protection Regulation) and is also inspired by the provisions of Directive 2002/58/EC, updated by Directive 2009/136/EC on cookies as well as the Measure of the Data Protection Supervisor dated 8 May 2014 on personal data protection as regards cookies.

2. DATA PROCESSING LOCATION

The processing of data connected to using the Web services of this site and interactions with Rigoni di Asiago takes place at the above address and are looked after by data processing staff. None of your personal data is diffused without your consent.

The personal data provided by data subjects are used only for carrying out the service or a performance requested and are disclosed to third parties only if necessary for such purpose or for fulfilment of a contractual or legal obligation.

3.1 Browsing data

The purposes of processing browsing data are for obtaining anonymous statistical information on use of our site, for improving your experience and for checking that Rigoni di Asiago’s website is working properly. It should be emphasised that the above data could be used for verifying responsibility in case computer crimes are committed at the expense of Rigoni di Asiago’s website, or the facilities in charge of processing appointed by Rigoni di Asiago, or other sites connected to it.

Processing of browsing data is necessary for the functioning of the Website and supply of the browsing service on the platform.

3.2 Data provided voluntarily

The exchange of correspondence by email, forms found on our site, telephone number or post of the Controller or direct contact with the Controller’s staff entails obtaining your personal data such as first name, last name, phone number, email address, etc. and any other piece of information disclosed voluntarily by the data subject.

The purpose of processing is for providing the requested service, for replying to specific requests made by data subjects, for taking steps prior to entering into a contract or for handling contractual relations.

The legal basis of processing is execution of a contract the data subject is a party to or for taking pre-contractual measures at the request of the same (Art. 6, paragraph 1, letter b of Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

Providing your data is optional, although not providing them can make it impossible for us to reply to your request or establish and handle the described relationship.

4. PROCESSING METHODS, STORAGE TIME AND SECURITY MEASURES

Your personal data are processed on hard copies and on PC even with electronic and automated means.

Without prejudice to legal obligations, your data are stored for the time required for performing the service you requested, or for the purposes described in this document.

Browsing data referred to in point 3.1 shall be stored by systems throughout the browsing session. For browsing, please see our cookie policy.

The data supplied for the purposes referred to in point 3.2 are stored for the time strictly necessary for satisfying your request. If the data provided are for reporting non-compliance, they shall be stored for 1 year; if they concern execution of a contract, they will be stored for 10 years from conclusion of the contract and data related to claims shall be stored for 10 years from the claim.

Certain security measures are taken to prevent loss, diffusion, unlawful or improper use of the data, as well as unauthorised access to them.

5. PERSONS INVOLVED IN THE PROCESSING

The data collected may be processed for the specified purposes by third parties in charge of processing or data processors where necessary, such as:

  • companies looking after maintenance of IT systems, website maintenance and administration;
  • associations, consultants, professionals, companies that provide assistance and advice to the Controller (including communication companies, law firms, etc.)

You may ask the Data Controller for an updated list of the names of all data processors.

Your personal data collected are also processed by the staff of Rigoni di Asiago, put in charge of processing.

6. RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS

The subjects the personal data refer to can exercise their rights provided by Arts. 15 to 21 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, in the manners established by Art. 12 of the same Regulation, and therefore can:

  • ask for access to personal data, their rectification, erasure, restriction of processing that concerns them or to object to processing itself, as well as the right to data portability;
  • withdraw their consent at any time if processing is based on Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a); however, data processing operations carried out based on consent given prior to withdrawal of consent shall be legitimate;
  • lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

7. CHILDREN

Rigoni di Asiago does not knowingly collect the personal data of children through its website.
